Coming from poverty and the street life in his youth, Johnny managed to dramatically turn his life around to become one of the most inspirational speakers of our time. Growing up in Fort Worth, Texas, and dealing with divorced, drug and alcohol dependent parents at a young age, Johnny learned early on there's only one person you can rely on. Forced to fend for himself, he looked to the streets and quickly became involved with the world of drugs, gangs and violence.  At 18, the murder of a close friend served as the catalyst to help turn a street-smart punk into the motivational, charismatic leader he is today.

With a fresh new outlook and his mind focused on success, Johnny set out to reinvent himself, only to learn that significant change did not come easy. Having come from a past with more hardship than opportunity, he found that finding a new career would be a challenge. However, Johnny’s determination to succeed surmounted the struggle, and he soon landed a career in insurance and credits. His new career gave him stability that he had never experienced, and more importantly, was a product of his own ingenuity.

Johnny excelled in the insurance business and began spreading his knowledge to new recruits. It was during this time that he realized that he had charisma and people liked listening to him.  Thus began his speaking career.  After much hard work, Johnny launched his first seminars on discovering the psychology of success and the traits of a winning mind-set. Since then, Johnny’s goal has been to empower others with the methods that helped him achieve success. In the last decade, Johnny has spread his life-enhancing words to audiences around the world, speaking in London, Australia, Singapore, South Africa, Amsterdam, Israel, The Virgin Islands—a list that continues to grow.
